Does your project call for a more rigid surface than NR-40 sheets can ensure? Stock up on more solid, multi-layer options within our NR-45 range. The NR-45 Shore Grey-Red series includes EU-made high-performance membranes that take the lead in projects where a stable and unyielding surface is non-negotiable. They are great for positive and negative pressure applications and exceed European woodworking standards.

These membranes are grey on one side and red on the other. They are thermally resistant and ensure even pressure distribution for hard-to-make wood creations in mass-production settings.

The next level of rigidity

The NR-45 Grey/Red natural membranes for sale are our hardest sheets made of natural rubber. You can benefit from them for workpieces that require increased bonding integrity, pressure consistency and physical stability when applied with a vacuum press. This is the best formula for:

Because of their Shore rating, our NR-45 membranes eradicate the risk of indentations and other imperfections under heavier loads and increased temperatures. Plus, their thermal capabilities allow you to apply heat up to 130°C without any chance of sheet or workpiece damage.

Two finish options

You can buy NR-45 Shore Grey/Red rubber membranes with a smooth or cloth finish. The former is a go-to choice for sheets with a polished appearance that may complement aesthetically pleasing wood pieces. You may want to go for the latter if your wood elements require increased traction as they are being pressed.
