Can I create an account as business customer?

Yes, you can register as a business customer and place orders with zero VAT tax for EU countries. During the account registration process, please select the 'Business' customer group. After registration, create your billing and shipping addresses and enter your VAT ID. Once your VAT ID is confirmed and accepted, you will be able to place orders without VAT.

I placed order but do not received proforma invoice for payment.

Orders are accepted 24/7 but processed only during business hours. Information about our business hours can be found in the Contact page. If you place an order on a weekend, it will most likely be processed on the next business day.

What payment methods do you accept?
