VS-4 Vacuum Station — a compact and reliable solution for vacuum pressing

The VS-4 vacuum station is based on the Becker VT 4.4 vacuum pump and is designed to create and maintain stable vacuum when working with vacuum bags, membrane presses, and vacuum press systems. The station is used for cold veneering, laminating, wood bonding, and processing of CPL plastics, paper, leather, and composite materials.

Vacuum control and automatic operating mode

The station is equipped with a vacuum control unit that allows precise monitoring and maintenance of preset vacuum parameters during the pressing process. The start / stop function automatically switches the pump on and off when the set vacuum level is reached, reducing equipment wear and improving energy efficiency.

The integrated gauge provides visual control of the vacuum level, which is especially important when working with non-standard shapes and large workpieces.

Universal application and compatibility

The VS-4 vacuum station is compatible with:

  • vacuum bags of various sizes;
  • membrane presses and vacuum presses;
  • vacuum clamping and workpiece handling systems.

The station is easy to integrate into existing equipment and is suitable for individual craftsmen, workshops, and small furniture manufacturers.

Durable housing and signature design

The vacuum station housing is manufactured in the standard Brevita design and made of 2 mm sheet metal, providing structural rigidity, component protection, and resistance to daily industrial use. Compact dimensions ensure convenient placement in the workshop and easy transportation.
