VS-4 Vacuum Station — a compact and reliable solution for vacuum pressing

The VS-4 vacuum station is based on the Becker VT 4.4 vacuum pump and is designed to create and maintain stable vacuum when working with vacuum bags, membrane presses, and vacuum press systems. The station is used for cold veneering, laminating, wood bonding, and processing of CPL plastics, paper, leather, and composite materials.

Vacuum control and automatic operating mode

The station is equipped with a vacuum control unit that allows precise monitoring and maintenance of preset vacuum parameters during the pressing process. The start / stop function automatically switches the pump on and off when the set vacuum level is reached, reducing equipment wear and improving energy efficiency.
