Assembled top membrane frames for vacuum presses, fitted with a 2.5 mm natural rubber membrane and ready to install. Choose the frame that matches your press table: 3000 × 1500, 3000 × 1300 or 750 × 750 mm. Other sizes are made to order.

Membrane frame sizes

Each frame is welded from tube and delivered fully assembled, with the membrane already fitted.

Natural rubber membrane NR-40

All frames use a natural rubber membrane NR-40: 2.5 mm thick, hardness 40 Shore A, smooth surface, working temperature up to 130 °C. Natural rubber stretches well over curved and profiled parts, which makes it a good choice for veneer pressing and wood bending.

For your vacuum press or a DIY build

Use a membrane frame to replace a worn top frame on your press, or as the top part of your own DIY vacuum press. To complete the setup, see our vacuum systems and membranes for vacuum presses, including silicone membranes.

Custom sizes

Need a frame for a different table size? Send us the dimensions of your press and we will make the frame to your size. Manufacturing time is about 3 weeks.
