With a hardness of 50 Shore A, the membrane has excellent elongation, with a stretch factor of up to 700%. Please note that silicone membranes with a fabric imitation are only available with a hardness of 50 Shore A.
Possibility of joining membranes by factory vulcanization
This type of silicone membrane is perfectly bonded by vulcanization. The joint has properties at least 80% of the material itself, allowing for membranes up to 6 m wide and up to 20 m long.
