Silicone membrane SM-50-2-1700-Blue is a high-quality sheet made from industrial-grade silicone compound, designed for intensive use in vacuum and membrane presses. The membrane combines high heat resistance, elasticity, and mechanical strength, ensuring stable pressing results even under demanding processing conditions.

The material withstands operating temperatures up to 250 °C, features elasticity up to 700% and tensile strength up to 40 N/mm, guaranteeing long service life and resistance to mechanical loads. The membrane thickness is 2 mm with a working width of 1700 mm, making it compatible with most industrial vacuum presses.

The membrane is supplied with two surface options — smooth or with a textile imprint — allowing optimal selection for specific technological processes.

Silicone membrane SM-50-2-1700-Blue is widely used in the furniture industry, woodworking, composite material forming, plastic thermoforming, as well as in aluminum and other metal sublimation processes.
