Silicone membrane SM-50-3-1700-Blue is a professional membrane sheet made from industrial-grade silicone compound and designed for intensive use in vacuum and membrane presses. The increased thickness of 3 mm provides enhanced wear resistance, geometric stability, and reliable operation under high mechanical loads.

The material features heat resistance up to 250 °C, elasticity up to 700%, and tensile strength up to 40 N/mm, ensuring a long service life even under demanding processing conditions. The working width of the membrane is 1700 mm, making it compatible with most industrial vacuum and membrane presses.

The membrane is supplied with two surface options — smooth or with a textile imprint — allowing optimal selection for specific pressing and forming processes.

Silicone membrane SM-50-3-1700-Blue is widely used in the furniture industry, woodworking, composite material forming, plastic thermoforming, as well as in aluminum and other metal sublimation processes.
