The vacuum pump station VP-4 is based on a single-phase, dry vacuum pump VT-4.4 from the Becker company. The Becker vacuum pump is equipped with a check valve to protect against vacuum loss during pump downtime, as well as an additional vacuum filter for additional protection against dust and increased service life. The filter is installed on the rear of the housing for easy maintenance.

To obtain the required negative pressure and its convenient visual control, a vacuum regulator and a vacuum gauge with a scale from 0 to -1 bar are installed on the front panel of the VP-4 vacuum system. At normal atmospheric pressure, the vacuum station provides a vacuum of up to -0.85 bar.

A quick-push connection is used to connect consumers. The KD-4 vacuum port (socket) is equipped with a built-in check valve. Please note that the KS-4 quick-release coupling is not supplied in the kit and must be ordered separately or in a kit with a connecting vacuum hose.

A standard IEC power cable is used to connect to the power grid; the connection socket is located on the rear panel. The power cable is included in the kit.

The system body is made of 2 mm thick sheet metal and is powder coated.

VP-4 is not equipped with a pump start/stop system and operates only in manual mode. For ease of operation, the system is equipped with a two-position switch and a signal indicator.

The VP-4 vacuum system is designed for vacuum pressing and other vacuum technologies.
