The VS-16.16 vacuum station is a versatile and efficient piece of equipment for creating a vacuum. The system is ideal for vacuum pressing in membrane presses and vacuum bags, as well as for material handling systems. The station is equipped with a single-phase dry vacuum pump, the BECKER VT4.16, with a capacity of 16 m³/h. This pump model can be connected to a standard 240 V power supply, ensuring ease of operation in any setting, whether a workshop, production facility, or training laboratory.

The built-in vacuum level control system allows the station to operate in a fully autonomous mode. Thanks to the VPEV vacuum relay from Festo, automated pump start and stop functions maintain stable vacuum levels within preset parameters. For example, when a vacuum level of -0.85 bar is reached, the system automatically shuts off the pump, and when the vacuum drops to -0.65 bar, the pump resumes operation. This significantly increases work efficiency and conserves energy.

The station is equipped with a 16-liter receiver, which provides a vacuum reserve and ensures smooth system operation. A vacuum gauge located on the control panel allows for visual monitoring of the vacuum level. The system is also fitted with a vacuum filter to protect the pump from dust. The filter is conveniently positioned on the front panel, making maintenance easy.

For connecting consumers, the station features three quick-release couplings with integrated check valves. This solution simplifies operation and ensures reliable connections.

The vacuum station's body is made of 2 mm thick steel sheet. Powder coating guarantees corrosion resistance throughout the service life. Equipped with roller supports (wheels), the station is easy to move within a workshop or production facility. Its compact dimensions, including supports, are 500x600x570 mm (LxWxH), making it space-efficient.
