Vacuum Station VS-8 — high-performance solution based on Becker VT 4.8

Vacuum station VS-8 is a professional vacuum system based on the Becker VT 4.8 vacuum pump, designed for generating and maintaining a stable vacuum when working with vacuum bags, membrane presses and vacuum presses.

The main difference of the VS-8 vacuum station is its higher pump performance, which ensures reliable operation with large formats and under increased production loads compared to compact vacuum stations.

Stable vacuum up to −0.85 bar

The VS-8 vacuum station provides a maximum vacuum of up to −0.85 bar and maintains it throughout the entire pressing cycle. The increased performance of the Becker VT 4.8 pump allows compensation for minor system leaks and ensures uniform material pressure even during long and repeated cycles.

The station is used for cold veneering, laminating, panel cladding, wood bonding, as well as for processing CPL plastics, paper, leather and composite materials.

Vacuum control and automatic start / stop mode

The VS-8 is equipped with a vacuum control unit that allows precise monitoring and automatic maintenance of the set vacuum level. The start / stop function automatically switches the vacuum pump on and off when preset vacuum values are reached.

This reduces energy consumption, minimizes pump wear and extends the service life of the entire vacuum system.

Housing in standard Brevita design

The housing of the VS-8 vacuum station is made in the standard industrial Brevita design and manufactured from 2 mm sheet metal. This construction ensures strength, reliable protection of internal components and convenient operation in workshops and production environments.
