VS-4.8 Vacuum System — Professional Solution Based on Becker VT 4.4

The VS-4.8 vacuum system is a professional vacuum station designed to create and maintain stable vacuum for vacuum bags, membrane presses and vacuum presses. The system is built around the reliable Becker VT 4.4 vacuum pump and is intended for continuous use in woodworking shops, furniture production and manufacturing facilities.

Complete functionality for stable and comfortable operation

The VS-4.8 system is equipped with all essential functions required for efficient vacuum pressing. A key feature is the integrated vacuum reservoir, which ensures smooth pressure control and reduces the number of pump start/stop cycles. This results in more stable vacuum levels, reduced wear and extended pump service life.

Smooth Start / Stop operation and energy efficiency

The automatic Start / Stop function activates the pump only when necessary. Combined with the vacuum reservoir, this provides:

  • smooth vacuum operation without pressure fluctuations;
  • fewer pump cycles and longer pump lifetime;
  • lower energy consumption and reduced noise levels.
