Grey/red multilayer natural rubber membrane NR-45, 2 × 1700 mm — 15 m roll

The membrane combines grey and red natural rubber layers in one multilayer sheet. It is intended for woodworking applications including PVC foil pressing.

NR-45 Grey/Red is a natural rubber membrane for vacuum pressing in woodworking, including veneering and laminated wood bending. This version is 2 mm thick and 1700 mm wide, with a hardness of 45 Shore A.

One side is smooth; the other has a textile impression. Select the contact side to suit the workpiece and pressing process. The stated maximum working temperature is 130 °C. Choose the process settings according to the equipment, adhesive and workpiece requirements.

Supplied as one complete 15 m roll. Check the required width, thickness and installation allowance before cutting.
