The VLCU-1 Mini is a miniature unit for monitoring the vacuum level and controlling the working cycle of the vacuum pump. The unit is designed to work with single-phase vacuum pumps with a load of up to 5 amperes in a 240 V network. The control unit is equipped with a vacuum relay of the VPEV series from FESTO. The working range of vacuum control is from -0.95 to -0.2 bar. Allowable hysteresis is 10%. At factory settings, the system is configured as follows. When the vacuum level reaches -0.85 bar, the vacuum pump will be switched off, when it drops to -0.6 bar, the pump will resume operation and the cycle will be continued. For visual control of the vacuum level, the control box is equipped with a vacuum gauge, which allows you to monitor the vacuum values at any time.

For connecting to vacuum system the control unit equiment with quick-push fitting for 4mm tube. To protect against dust and to ensure proper operation, the system is equipped with an internal vacuum filter.

To connect to the power electrical network, use a power cable of the IEC 60320 C14 standard, the cable is included in the delivery set.

To connect the vacuum pump to the vacuum control unit, use a cable of the IEC 60320 C13 standard, the cable is not included in the delivery set.

The control unit housing is made of 2 mm thick sheet material, which optimally protects it from mechanical impacts.

The VLCU-1 Mini vacuum level control unit is ideal for desktop vacuum presses and small vacuum systems where it is necessary to control the pump operation and negative pressure level in your vacuum system.

Please note that for the correct operation of the control system, your vacuum system must be equipped with a receiver with a minimum volume of 3-5 liters.
