The VLCU-3D/4A vacuum level control system is designed to control the operation of vacuum pumps with three-phase motors (3Ph 400V, 50Hz), with a maximum output current of 4A. The vacuum pump control system is equipped with motor protection, setting range 2.5-4A.

The vacuum pump control is based on the operation of the pressure sensor Festo SPAN series B11. The vacuum sensor is equipped with a backlit digital screen for easy setup. The vacuum value in the system is controlled and maintained automatically. The vacuum and its value are also displayed on the vacuum gauge.

The vacuum level setting range is from -1 to 0 bar.
Hysteresis setting range: 0-90%.
Choice of measurement units: MPa, kPa, bar, psi.

For the correct operation of the vacuum level control, your vacuum system must be equipped with a receiver with a minimum volume of 5 liters. To connect the control unit to the vacuum system, use a vacuum tube with a diameter of 4 mm. The control unit is equipped with a 3 m long tube with a G1/8 threaded quick coupling.
