NR-40-Red Natural Rubber Membrane 2.5 mm × 1700 mm

NR-40-Red is a natural rubber membrane for vacuum presses, designed for veneering, laminating, covering furniture parts, facades, doors and decorative panels.

The membrane has a thickness of 2.5 mm and a width of 1700 mm. Natural rubber with a hardness of 40 Shore A provides good elasticity, stable pressing and even pressure distribution across the workpiece surface.

One side of the membrane has a smooth surface, while the other side has a textile surface. This structure makes it possible to choose the optimal contact side depending on the material, part shape and pressing process requirements.

NR-40-Red is suitable for cold and moderately warm pressing. The maximum working temperature is up to 130°C.
