The Natural Rubber Membrane NR-40-2.0-1700 Grey, is compatible with the MSM VMP-Profession and VMP-Premium Series vacuum presses with a working table width 1420, 1580 mm and length 2000, 2500, 3000, 3500, 4000, 4500, 5000, 5500 mm and is compatible with a wide range of membrane and vacuum presses from other manufacturers. Thanks to its universal format and balanced technical characteristics, this membrane is an excellent choice for professional woodworking and furniture production.

High Strength and Elasticity

The membrane is made from high-quality natural rubber with a hardness of 40 Shore A, offering an ideal balance of elasticity and strength. The 2.0 mm thickness allows it to withstand intensive cyclic loads and distribute pressure evenly across the working surface. The material offers exceptional elasticity — up to 600–700% — enabling precise forming of complex geometries and 3D contours.

The smooth grey surface ensures stable contact with the workpiece and prevents wrinkles, folds, and defects during pressing. The membrane is resistant to tearing and mechanical damage, making it a reliable consumable even in high-intensity production environments. It performs effectively in cold vacuum pressing and at moderate temperatures up to 130°C.
